About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager Agri Input Seed to join our team in Guntur. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing seed production, procurement, and distribution, as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve seed quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement seed production plans to meet business objectives and customer demand
* Manage seed procurement from suppliers and farmers, ensuring quality and timely delivery
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new seed products and services
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, suppliers, and customers
Requirements:
* Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture or related field with 6 to 7 years of experience in seed production, procurement, or sales
* Strong knowledge of seed production, processing, and quality control
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
* Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
