Job Description
What you\'ll do:
- Deliver technical training to Agronomists, Agri Advisors, and internal teams.
- Develop training modules, SOPs, presentations, and technical content.
- Provide research-backed crop advisory and technical support.
- Recommend scientifically sound crop protection and nutrition solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to enhance advisory quality.
We\'re looking for someone with:
- Strong experience in Agronomy, Crop Advisory, Agricultural Extension, or Agri-input companies.
- knowledge of Southern Indian crops such as Paddy, Coconut, Tea, Coffee, Arecanut, Banana, Turmeric, Pepper, Cardamom, Groundnut, and more will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Proficiency in one or more South Indian regional languages is a strong advantage.
