Terms of Service

By using the AgriTalentX AI Resume service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

We provide a free AI resume score and a paid AI-generated rewrite of your resume, along with a LinkedIn summary and a cover letter (the "Package"), currently priced at ₹249 (or a lower price with a valid coupon). The Package is delivered digitally on the website after successful payment, usually within a few minutes.

2. Your responsibilities

• Upload only your own resume, or one you are authorised to use.
• Make sure the information in your resume is true. The AI is instructed to use only facts from your resume, but you must review every detail of the output before sending it to anyone.
• Do not misuse the service (for example automated requests, attempts to bypass payment, or uploading unlawful content).

3. No job guarantee

We aim to improve how your resume presents your experience. We do not guarantee interviews, shortlisting or job offers, and scores are guidance, not a prediction of hiring outcomes.

4. AI-generated content

The output is generated by AI and may occasionally contain mistakes. You can request up to 5 AI changes per order. You own the final resume, LinkedIn summary and cover letter delivered to you.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the Package.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
