Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data AgriTalentX collects when you use our AI Resume service, why we collect it, and your rights over it. It is written to follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. What we collect

• Free resume preview: your resume text, target role / job description and the generated preview. Kept for up to 48 hours so you can unlock it, then deleted automatically if you do not pay.
• Free resume score: the text of the resume you upload and the target role / job description you enter. This is processed only to create your score and is not stored on our servers.
• Paid rewrite: your resume text, target role, job description (if given), phone number, email address, and the rewritten resume we generate for you.
• Payment: Razorpay order and payment IDs. We never see or store your card, UPI PIN or bank details — payments are handled entirely by Razorpay.
• Feedback: the rating, review, name and role/city you choose to submit.
• Technical: IP address, used only to prevent abuse (rate limiting), and basic analytics about how the page is used.

2. Why we use it

• To score, rewrite and deliver your resume, LinkedIn summary and cover letter.
• To process your payment, send receipts, handle refunds and provide support.
• To prevent fraud and misuse of the service.
• To show your review publicly — only if you tick the box allowing it, and only after we approve it.

We do not sell, rent or share your resume with employers, recruiters or any other third party, and we do not make it public.

3. Service providers

To provide the service we use: an AI processing provider (Groq) that processes your resume text to generate the score and rewrite; Razorpay for payments; and our web hosting provider. These providers process data only on our instructions. The AI provider may process data on servers outside India.

4. How long we keep it

• Unpaid free previews: deleted within 48 hours.
• Resume text, job description and generated resume for paid orders: automatically deleted 90 days after your order.
• Phone, email and payment IDs: kept as long as needed for accounting, tax and refund records as required by law.
• You can delete your resume content at any time using the "Delete my resume data" link on your download screen, or by emailing us.

5. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to the email below. We respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, verified payment processing and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
