Responding to farmer queries received through the Company app in a timely and accurate manner.
Handling tele calling activities to address farmer queries and provide technical guidance.
Daily upload of relevant agricultural articles on the Company app.
Translation of content for package of practices and crop calendars.
Maintaining and updating records of all content uploaded on the Company app for proper tracking and reference.
Good communication skills and willingness to interact with farmers on calls are mandatory.
Basic understanding of agriculture practices and farmer support activities is preferred.
