Sales & Market Development
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in the assigned area.
• Develop sales plans and implement strategies for product penetration.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor base.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Dealer / Distributor / Retailer Management
• Build and strengthen relationships with channel partners.
• Ensure timely order booking, product supply, and stock availability.
• Support partners in increasing product visibility and sales growth.
• Track outstanding payments and ensure proper credit management.
Farmer Connect & Agronomy Support
• Conduct farmer meetings, demonstrations, and field days to promote products.
• Provide technical support and agronomic advice to farmers.
• Collect farmer feedback on product performance and share with management.
• Develop farmer database and build strong field-level relationships.
Promotions & Field Activities
• Execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and awareness programs.
• Coordinate with marketing team for promotional material distribution.
• Organize training sessions for channel partners and field staff.
Reporting & Coordination
• Submit daily sales reports, field visit details, and competitor information.
• Coordinate with Area Sales Manager/Territory Manager for territory growth.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, schemes, and pricing.
