Agronomist

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Agronomist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong agricultural knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to educate farmers while promoting Smart Farm solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Educate farmers on crop cultivation, pest & disease management, and agricultural best practices.

Identify potential farmers and enroll them in the Smart Farm program.

Demonstrate and explain Smart Farm concepts to farmers.

Cover a minimum of 80 km radius and 500 acres within the assigned territory.

Submit daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly activity reports.
Conduct farmer meetings, presentations, and participate in agricultural exhibitions.

Promote company products and services to increase customer engagement.

Coordinate with Project Executives for customer enrollment and service implementation.

Perform regular field visits and maintain customer relationships.

Generate repeat business through referrals and excellent customer support.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and performance targets.

Qualification

B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture (or related Agriculture Degree)
