About the Role
Sathyam Smart Farm is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Project Executive to promote smart farming solutions, generate business, manage customer relationships, and execute agricultural projects across Tamil Nadu.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through direct visits, CRM, online enquiries, exhibitions, and customer referrals.
Identify potential customers and enroll them into Smart Farm projects.
Handle turnkey agriculture projects and services.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Prepare project proposals, budgets, and customer presentations.
Convert enquiries into successful business opportunities.
Conduct weekly and monthly review meetings.
Build repeat business and referral networks.
Coordinate implementation of Smart Farm projects.
Participate in agricultural exhibitions, farmer meetings, and promotional events.
