About the Role
We are seeking an experienced District Sales Leader to join our team at Sathyam Kissan Care in Coimbatore. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales efforts and driving business growth in the assigned district. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve district sales targets and expand market share
* Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other key stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition
* Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their skills and knowledge of our products and services
* Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance

Requirements
* 4-7 years of experience in sales and marketing in the agriculture industry
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders
* Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field
