Role 1: Associate Manager – Dairy Operations
Location: Bihar
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
CTC: ₹14.0 – 15.0 LPA
Education: Post Graduation in Agri-Business Management (IRMA, MANAGE, SIIB, XIMB, NIAM, VAMNICOM, etc.) OR B.Tech in Dairy Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement state-level raw milk procurement strategies, product costing, and vendor development. Establish and manage Cold Chain Infrastructure (Bulk Milk Chilling centers, collection routes). Lead Farmer Connect programs to improve milk yields and build strong sourcing networks. Monitor procurement budgets, chilling costs, transportation, and transit losses. Lead, mentor, and build capability for field officers and execution teams.
Role 2: Officer – Dairy Operations
Location: Bihar & West Bengal
Experience: 2 to 5 Years
CTC: Up to ₹7.0 LPA
Education: B.Tech in Dairy Technology OR Bachelors / Masters in Agriculture.
Key Responsibilities:Manage daily raw milk procurement at village collection centers and Bulk Milk Chilling (BMC) units. Ensure strict compliance with milk quality standards (Fat & SNF testing) and cold chain logistics. Build direct relationships with local farmers, rural communities, and vendors. Manage milk dispatch routes and minimize transit losses. Preferred Candidate Background (Both Roles):Target Companies: Amul, Sudha Dairy, Mother Dairy, Nestle, Hatsun Agro, or leading regional dairies. Strong understanding of Dairy Business, Livestock Management, and Cold Chain Operations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
