**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage **Plant HR Operations & Workforce Planning**
* Handle **Employee Relations & Industrial Relations (ER/IR)**
* Ensure **Labour Law & Statutory Compliance**
* Manage grievances, disciplinary matters & contract labour
* Support **internal/external audits** and maintain HR documentation
* Drive employee engagement, retention & HR initiatives
* Partner with plant leadership on people-related matters
**Must Have:**
✅ 5+ years of **Plant/Factory HR experience**
✅ Strong **ER/IR & Labour Compliance** exposure
✅ Manufacturing experience
✅ Audit & statutory compliance experience
✅ MBA/MHRM in HR
**Preferred:** Food / Pharma / FMCG experience with ISO/GMP/FSSAI audit exposure.
