Business Development & Portfolio Growth
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in wheat and value-added wheat
categories.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and customer acquisition.
• Explore niche wheat varieties and differentiated customer solutions.
• Customer Management
• Build relationships with flour millers, food processors and other B2B customers.
• Understand customer requirements and develop suitable sourcing and supply
solutions.
• Market Intelligence
• Monitor market trends, pricing, crop outlook and competitor activities.
• Identify emerging opportunities and provide actionable business insights.
• Sourcing, Trading & Operations
• Work closely with procurement teams to source wheat as per customer
requirements.
• Support trading activities and execute sales plans at target margins.
• Coordinate with quality, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting
• Analyze business performance and identify areas for growth and cost optimization.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for business reviews.
