Associate Manager – Strategic Sourcing & Manufacturing Partnerships

About the Role
The Associate Manager – Strategic Sourcing & Manufacturing Partnerships will play a critical role in developing and implementing sourcing strategies to support Agrizy\'s growth plans. This role will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing manufacturing partners to ensure high-quality products and services are delivered to customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to achieve business objectives, including private labelling and manufacturing partnerships
* Identify, evaluate, and onboard new manufacturing partners to expand Agrizy\'s supplier base and improve product offerings
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with manufacturing partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of new products and suppliers
* Monitor and analyze supplier performance, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement to ensure high-quality products and services

Requirements
* 5-10 years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the agriculture or related industry
* Proven track record of onboarding manufacturing partners and managing private labelling initiatives
* Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
* Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field, such as agriculture, business administration, or supply chain management
