### 💼 Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
* **Advanced Instrumentation:** Perform high-accuracy analysis of pesticide residues using **GC-MS/MS**.
* **Sample Preparation:** Execute techniques including **QuEChERS** (AOAC/EN methods), **LLE**, and **SPE**.
* **Method Validation:** Develop, validate, and troubleshoot analytical methods (LOD, LOQ, recovery, precision, linearity).
* **Matrix Expertise:** Handle complex matrices including **Spices & Spice products**, fruits & vegetables, cereals, and processed foods.
* **Compliance & Audits:** Maintain strict documentation in line with **ISO/IEC 17025** and regulatory standards.
### 🎓 Qualifications & Experience
* **Education:** M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, Food Science, Organic Chemistry, or equivalent.
* **Experience:** Minimum **5+ years** of hands-on experience in analytical testing and quality control within the food/spices industry
