About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Manager – Operations (WMS) to oversee the daily operations of our agri-warehousing facilities in Punjab and Haryana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agri-warehousing, commodity storage, and government warehousing regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the overall operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of agri-commodities
* Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies related to warehousing and commodity storage
* Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff to achieve high levels of efficiency and productivity
* Coordinate with farmers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and maintain strong relationships
* Monitor and control warehouse costs, including labor, equipment, and maintenance expenses
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in agri-warehousing or a related field, with a focus on operations management
* Strong knowledge of government warehousing regulations and commodity storage best practices
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
* Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field
