About the Role
Krishivan Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated, responsible, and community-oriented individuals to join our team as **Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs)**. The selected candidates will represent the company at the village level, promote agritech products and services, support farmers, and develop strong relationships within the local farming community.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Krishivan\'s agritech products and services to farmers, SHG members, and rural households.
- Conduct door-to-door visits, farmer meetings, and village-level awareness activities.
- Identify and onboard new customers and assist with customer registration and documentation.
- Collect payments, maintain accurate sales records, and submit daily reports to the Mandal Coordinator.
- Coordinate product availability, delivery, and after-sales support.
- Address farmers\' queries and help resolve customer grievances.
- Participate in product demonstrations, training sessions, and farmer awareness camps.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with farmers and expand the customer base in the assigned village or cluster.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 10th pass (SSC); Intermediate (10+2) or graduation preferred.
- Language: Fluency in spoken Telugu is mandatory, with basic reading and writing skills.
- Experience: Freshers can apply. Experience in agricultural input sales, SHG activities, or community service is an advantage.
- Local Knowledge: Candidates should be residents of, or have strong connections with, the assigned village and farming community.
- Digital Skills: Basic smartphone knowledge and the ability to use mobile applications for communication and reporting.
- Age: 18–45 years.

- Other Requirements: Willingness to work in the field at the village level. A two-wheeler is preferred but not mandatory.
Salary and Incentives

- Fixed monthly stipend of ₹3,500.
