Role Overview
We are looking for creative, enthusiastic, and social-media-savvy individuals to join our Organic Growth team. The role focuses on growing our social media presence organically through engaging content, trend identification, community engagement, and creative experimentation.
This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who understand social media trends, enjoy creating content, and want to learn how brands grow digital audiences without relying solely on paid promotions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support organic growth initiatives across Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
2. Identify trending topics, viral formats, memes, audio, and content opportunities.
3. Assist in creating and publishing reels, shorts, posts, and other engaging content.
4. Experiment with different hooks, captions, formats, and posting strategies to improve reach and engagement.
5. Monitor social media performance, including views, shares, comments, watch time, and follower growth.
6. Engage with online communities and identify opportunities to increase audience interaction.
7. Research competitors, creators, and emerging trends to generate new content ideas.
8. Collaborate with the creative, content, and marketing teams to execute organic growth experiments.
9. Track results and share learnings to help improve future content performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong interest in social media, digital content, and online trends.
Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, memes, and viral content formats.
Good communication skills and creative thinking.
Ability to identify engaging content ideas and understand audience preferences.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and engagement metrics.
Willingness to experiment, learn quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Freshers or candidates with internship experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
Active users of Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms who understand emerging trends.
Candidates who have managed personal social media pages, college communities, or creator accounts will have an advantage.
Familiarity with Hindi and regional-language content is a plus.
Proactive individuals who enjoy testing ideas and improving results through experimentation.
