Animall Technologies is building solutions for India\'s dairy and farming ecosystem. Through Bhai, we aim to create relatable, engaging, and culturally relevant content that connects with audiences across Bharat.
Role Overview
We are looking for creative and imaginative writers who can develop engaging Hindi content, ad scripts, and relatable stories for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of Hindi, understand audience emotions and cultural nuances, and be able to turn ideas into compelling content.
Key Responsibilities
1. Write engaging scripts for advertisements, reels, short videos, and digital campaigns.
2. Develop creative concepts, hooks, dialogues, and storylines that connect with the target audience.
3. Create relatable content around rural India, farmers, dairy, and everyday life.
4. Adapt writing styles for different digital platforms and campaign objectives.
5. Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and video production teams.
6. Research audience preferences, cultural trends, and popular content formats.
7. Revise scripts based on feedback and improve content quality through experimentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1. Strong written and spoken Hindi is mandatory.
2. Excellent storytelling, creative writing, and scriptwriting skills.
3. Ability to write engaging dialogues, catchy hooks, and memorable ad concepts.
4. Understanding of social media content, reels, and digital advertising.
5. Freshers with strong writing skills and creative potential are welcome to apply.
Preferred Candidate Profile
1. Knowledge of Haryanvi, Rajasthani, Bhojpuri, or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
2. Someone who regularly watches digital content, understands trends, and can identify what makes a story engaging.
3. Candidates with writing samples, scripts, creative projects, or relevant portfolios are preferred.
4. A strong creative mindset and willingness to experiment with different storytelling styles.
Work Details
Full-time role based in Gurugram.
Immediate joiners or candidates who can join at the earliest are preferred.
Candidates will be evaluated primarily on their writing samples and a short creative writing test.
