**About the Role**
We are seeking a motivated Landscaping Executive to join our agricultural landscape division in Madurai. The role involves managing day‑to‑day field operations, supervising landscaping activities, coordinating manpower, and ensuring the proper maintenance and development of landscape sites. This entry‑level position offers a hands‑on learning environment where you will work closely with senior supervisors and contribute to the aesthetic and functional quality of our projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily field operations at assigned landscape sites, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and to quality standards.
- Supervise and guide field crews, assigning work, monitoring performance, and providing on‑site direction.
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of work progress, labor hours, and site conditions, and report updates to the senior management team.

**Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Horticulture, Agriculture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong interest in landscaping and a willingness to learn field management techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate crew members.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office) and ability to use mobile devices for reporting and documentation.
