Roles & Responsibility
1 . Coordinate with R&D in developing scalable and robust processes by identification of initial risk in the process w.r.to scale-up of CPP (Critical process parameters),
2 .Execution of Kilo lab and Pilot batches for identification of process robustness by screening the CPP (Critical process parameters) that may affect yield/quality.
3 Selection of equipment & facility creation.
4 Preparation, reviewing and finalizing the Process development reports like PFD and P&ID’s etc as per the process requirements.
5 Validation of the process in plant scale with predetermined Yield & Quality.
6 Performing a safety assessment for newly developed products.
7 Provide technical support during the investigation of batch failures in order to find out root causes and eliminate it.
8 To establish Cost Improvement Process (CIP) & validate the process in the commercial.
9 Capacity planning for the commercial products and market projected products
10 Troubleshooting& Establishing the process with the trial batch in plant scale
11 Material and energy balance calculations to optimize the scale-up of new products.
12 Troubleshooting& technical service to the production.
13 Debottlenecking of the process time cycles.
14 Identification of process and solvent recovery improvement areas in the production blocks.
15 Utility requirement calculation like steam, RT, Brine etc for product manufacturing.
