About the Role
Agrow.ai is seeking a dynamic, multilingual Telecaller to drive B2B sales of our agri‑input portfolio to retailers and dealer networks across India. The successful candidate will leverage deep knowledge of crop cycles and farmer practices to engage prospects, build lasting dealer relationships, and achieve sales targets through proactive telephone outreach.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound calls in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and Marathi to generate leads and close sales of fertilizers, seeds and pesticides.
- Understand farmer and retailer needs, recommend appropriate agri‑input solutions, and provide technical guidance on product usage.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with call logs, customer interactions, and sales pipeline status on a daily basis.
- Develop and nurture relationships with dealers and retail partners, ensuring timely order placement and delivery coordination.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while providing regular performance reports to the sales manager.

Requirements
- Minimum 2‑3 years of proven tele‑calling experience in agri‑inputs sales (fertilizers, seeds, pesticides).
- Strong knowledge of major crops, agronomic practices and seasonal cycles across the Indian sub‑continent.
- Excellent communication skills in at least two of the required languages, with fluency in English for internal coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to manage B2B relationships, negotiate terms, and close deals over the phone.
