About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Purchase Manager to lead our procurement operations for staple crops across Rajasthan. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing high‑quality wheat, maize, rice, and paddy from mandis and established supplier networks, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring timely delivery to support our production and distribution goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for wheat, maize, rice, and paddy to meet volume and cost targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mandis, farmers, and key suppliers, expanding the supplier network as needed.
- Conduct price negotiations, contract finalization, and order processing while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and crop forecasts to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Coordinate with logistics, quality control, and finance teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and accurate reporting.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in the agriculture sector, preferably with a focus on staple grains.
- Proven track record of successful negotiation and vendor management in mandis or wholesale markets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and forecast demand.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision‑making abilities; proficiency in relevant procurement software.
