Assistant Manager (Agri Inputs ) - Wholesale Trading

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Agri Input wholesale Trader to join our team at Agrow ai in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The successful candidate will be responsible for purchasing and selling a wide range of Agri Inputs, including fertilizers, agrochemicals, and seeds, in wholesale quantities from traders across India.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and traders across India to source high-quality Agri Inputs at competitive prices
* Negotiate and finalize purchase and sales agreements with suppliers and customers, ensuring profitable transactions for the company
* Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on market trends, prices, and competitor activity, and adjust sales and purchasing strategies accordingly
* Manage and maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, and inventory, and provide regular reports to management
* Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of Agri Inputs to customers

Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in wholesale purchase and sales of Agri Inputs, such as fertilizers, agrochemicals, and seeds
* Strong network of suppliers and traders across India, with ability to negotiate and finalize agreements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers and customers
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze market trends and adjust sales and purchasing strategies accordingly
