Job Description
Team Leadership: Hire, mentor, motivate and train a team of sales officers/executives, monitoring individual and team performance and build a high performance sales team.
▪ Target Achievement: Create and implement strategic regional sales plans to achieve or exceed sales goals and objectives. Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators/KPIs.
▪ Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers and key accounts.
▪ Performance Reporting: Analyze regional market trends, monitor competitors (Strategies/Pricing) and report on Daily/Monthly and Quarterly sales results to Head Office.
▪ Strategy & Budgeting: Develop regional sales budgets, manage expenses, and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Required Skills
Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager
Area Sales Manager or a similar senior sales role in Agri Inputs industry for at least 3-5 years. Overall sales experience of 8-10 years.
