State Head

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced State Head to lead our operations in Jharkhand, responsible for managing procurement of grains such as wheat and paddy, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, negotiation, and PNL management.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute procurement strategies to achieve business objectives, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of high-quality grains
* Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve procurement efficiency
* Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
* Manage and optimize PNL, identifying areas for cost savings and process improvements
* Provide leadership and guidance to the state team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives

Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, agriculture, or a related field, with a proven track record of success
* Strong knowledge of grain procurement, including wheat and paddy, and the ability to negotiate complex contracts
* Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage PNL and drive business growth
