About the Role
Sathyam Agro Clinic is looking for enthusiastic and knowledgeable Agri Doctors to support farmers with crop advisory services, recommend suitable agricultural inputs, and build long-term relationships that improve farm productivity. This role combines technical expertise with field sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Visit farmers regularly and provide crop advisory services.
Diagnose crop health issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Promote and explain the benefits of agricultural products and services.
Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and awareness programs.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with farmers and channel partners.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Monitor crop performance and provide follow-up support.
Submit daily field visit reports and market feedback.
Qualification
B.Sc. Agriculture
M.Sc. Agriculture
Diploma in Agriculture
Any Degree

Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in Agriculture Sales or Field Advisory is preferred.
Freshers with good agricultural knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of crop production and plant protection.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in field conditions.
Problem-solving and customer-focused approach.
Requirements
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
