Franchise Development Manager

About the Role\

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Franchise Development Executive to join our team at SBOF Agrosmart Pvt Ltd in Belgaum Karnataka. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to expand our franchise network across the region, driving business growth and increasing our market presence in the agriculture sector.\

Key Responsibilities\
\
* Identify, recruit, and onboard new SBOF Agrosmart franchise partners.\
\
* Develop and expand the franchise network across assigned territories.\
\
* Conduct franchise presentations, meetings, and business discussions with prospective partners.\
\
* Coordinate franchise documentation, agreements, and onboarding processes.\
\
* Build and strengthen dealer and distribution networks.\
\
* Support franchisees in setting up and successfully operating their Agrosmart Centres.\
\
* Travel extensively to meet potential franchise partners and distributors.\
\
\
\
Requirements\
\
* 3-5 years of relevant experience in franchise development, sales, or business development in the agriculture industry\
\
8 Experience in franchise development, dealership appointment, channel sales, or distribution management.\
\
8 Prior experience in agriculture, agri-inputs, FMCG, retail franchise, or similar industries is preferred.\
\
* Strong understanding of the agriculture sector and market trends, with a proven track record of driving business growth\
\
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders\
\
* Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing is preferred).\
\
