About the Role
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic Field Sales Interns to join our team at GreenPod Labs in Solapur, Maharashtra. As a Field Sales Intern, you will play a crucial role in promoting our agricultural products and services to traders, exporters and other stakeholders in the region. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and problem-solving in the agriculture industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory to achieve sales targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including farmers, dealers, and distributors
* Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and other promotional activities to showcase our products and services
* Gather market feedback and competitor information to help improve our sales and marketing strategies
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales plans and campaigns
Requirements
* 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the agriculture industry
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field, with a strong academic record
* Ability to travel extensively in the assigned territory, with a valid driver\'s license and own vehicle
