1. Market Research & Intelligence
• Track and analyse global and domestic agri commodity markets with focus on oils, grains, and pulses.
• Monitor price movements, supply demand fundamentals, trade flows, policy developments, and weather impacts.
• Continuously scan news articles, research publications, and market commentary relevant to commodity markets.
2. Price Analysis & Forecasting Support
• Support price outlooks using fundamental, technical, economic, and statistical analyses.
• Contribute to short , medium , and long term price trend assessments.
• Work with data driven and AI/ML enabled forecasting approaches as part of an integrated market intelligence framework.
3. Management & Client Reporting
• Prepare structured management reports, market briefs, and intelligence notes.
• Translate complex market movements into clear, decision oriented insights for senior stakeholders.
4. Data Management & Repository Ownership
• Build and maintain commodity market data repositories on SAP and supporting analytics systems.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, version control, and auditability.
• Support dashboarding and structured retrieval of historical and live market data.
5. Risk & Decision Support
• Support analysis that enables organizations to manage price risk in volatile markets.
• Highlight key market risks, inflection points, and downside/upside scenarios.
• Enable strategic planning, procurement, and trading decisions through actionable insights.
