Associate - Procurement

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Associate - Procurement to join our team at FarMart Services Pvt. Ltd in Unnao. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement of dry commodities and will be responsible for managing the procurement process from field sourcing to supplier network management.

Key Responsibilities
* Source high-quality dry commodities such as wheat, paddy, maize, and pulses from various mandis and suppliers
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with traders, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure a stable supply chain
* Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on market trends and prices
* Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible deals for the company
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth logistics and delivery of procured commodities

Requirements
* 1-10 years of experience in procurement of dry commodities, preferably in the agriculture industry
* Strong network of suppliers, traders, and mandi operators in the region
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills to manage supplier relationships and contracts
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet procurement targets and deadlines
