Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end HR operations at the plant
2. Ensure manpower availability in line with production plans and operational requirements.
3. Implement and monitor HR policies, systems, and processes at the unit level.
4. Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and internal company policies.
5. Handle and prepare for internal and external audits including statutory, ISO, and
other relevant food safety audits. (mainly looking into pharma/food industry)
6. Maintain all HR documentation and records to ensure continuous audit readiness.
7. Coordinate with regulatory bodies and support compliance-related activities.
8. Manage employee relations by addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict
resolution.
9. Drive employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and retention efforts.
10. Support performance management processes and identify training and development
needs.
11. Handle industrial relations including union interactions and adherence to standing orders.
12. Work closely with plant leadership on workforce planning, productivity, and HR alignment
with business goals.
