Job Title / Role: Sales Officer /Territory Manager
Minimum Qualification: Graduate, preferably in Agriculture.
Maximum Qualification: M.Sc (Agriculture) Desirable – MBA Agri/Marketing Specialization: Agronomy / Horticulture/Breeding / Pathology etc.
Others: Working knowledge of MS office - 7
Minimum Experience: 2 Years
Maximum Experience: 6 years

Job Responsibilities in this Position:
1. Sales Achievement – To achieve Sales budget for the year / Achieving Sales budget for focus crops & to appoint or develop proper stockiest / network in the territory.
2. Collections – To keep receivable under control & to collect the payments well in time against receivables. Try to maintain zero bad debts.
3. Market Development & Promotion - To generate the demand for our products by organizing field visit
/ days on demo / commercial plots. To create awareness among farming community about the organization / products.
4. Reporting / Discipline – Should follow the organizational guidelines & must send reports to his seniors well in time.
5. Plan tour programmes well in advance for business enhancement .
Skills Required:
1. Expert in channel Sales and Market development and sales development activities
2. Should have sufficient Market knowledge related to business activities.
3. Should be good communicator.
4. Impressive / well behaved with pleasant personality.
5. Should have good knowledge about Agriculture Science like about Crops management etc.
6. Should have experience in Seed Industry like Field crops & Vegetable
