About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Head - Agrotrade to lead our agri input B2B sales and operations team at SBOF Agrosmart Pvt Ltd in Belgaum, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agrotrade operations, bulk agri-input trading, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the agri input B2B market
* Manage and oversee daily operations of the agrotrade team, including procurement, supply chain management, and logistics
* Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and institutional customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
* Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and customers to ensure competitive pricing and terms
* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience in agri input B2B sales and business development, preferably in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of agrotrade operations, bulk agri-input trading, and supply chain management
* Excellent commercial negotiation and contract management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
* Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field
