About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai, responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the agriculture industry, specifically in the rice and pulses sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets and expand our market share in the region
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts
* Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements
* 2-5 years of sales experience in the agriculture industry, preferably in the rice and pulses sector
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer base
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field
